CAVING - a spectacular cave trip
Experience with us the imposing Amberg tunnel system near Haiming. Constructed as part of the biggest hydroelectric project during the Second World War, this is a truly historic adventure deep inside the earth. Through the 100 metre deep abseil tunnel to the central cathedral, then a further 350 metre deep watery tunnel emerging back to daylight at the exit tunnel. A steep, but safe drop in the rocky streambed from Ambach. Duration: approx. 2-3 hours.
Lower age limit: 16 years
Minimum group size: 5 persons
Requirements: good physical condition, abseil practice, no fear of heights, no claustrophobia, no fear of darkness!
Duration: approx. 2-2,5 h (incl. transfer approx. 3 h)
Price: € 76,- per person (incl. special equipment and transfer)
Admission to Water AREA is included in the price on the day of the trip (during the bathing season)!
