Is it a bird? No, it's a snowboarder! A free skier! Adrenaline junkies, who want to develop their jump skills, can try to land a creative stunt into the wet on skis or a snowboard when shooting down the water ramp.

Freestyle Water Ramp

• The AREA 47 Freestyle Water Ramp is an extreme Sport facility
• Use of the ramp is only for those of and above 16 years of age and of sporty stature.
• Only under the instruction and supervision of a qualified trainer can under 16´s use the ramp.
• Unauthorised entry to the ramp is forbidden.
• Without supervision of an AREA 47 lifeguard is use of the ramp forbidden.
• Helmets, wetsuits and buoyancy aids must be worn.
• Use of the ramp can be dangerous!

We have tubes, helmets, wetsuits, and buoyancy aids that can be used free of charge. We don´t however lend skis or snowboards, these you need to bring yourself. Jumping with skis/snowboards is only allowed if you have experience or for beginners as part of an organised course/training session with a qualified trainer.

Use of the ramp is included in the entry price for the AREA 47 Water AREA.
