Beachvolleyball
Where can the volleyball courts be reserved?
Our beach sports courts (volleyball and soccer) can be reserved directly at the entrance of the Water AREA ticket counter.
Are volleyballs available for rental?
Balls can be rented from us for a deposit (cash €30 or a valid photo ID) on an hourly basis.
Beach Soccer
Do I have to reserve a court in advance?
You can, but you don’t have to. As long as the courts are not reserved, you can use them free of charge at any time.

Bouldern
Do we need a ticket?
If you already have a ticket for the Water AREA, the Boulder Cave is free of charge for you. If you only want to go bouldering, you can purchase your ticket at the Water AREA ticket counter.
Can I rent shoes from you?
Yes, you’re welcome to rent shoes from us. A rental fee is payable at the Water AREA ticket counter.
Can we book a guide?
You are welcome to go bouldering on your own. We do not offer a guided tour for this.
How difficult are the routes?
We have 59 different routes ranging in difficulty from 1 (easy) to 6 (very difficult), so there should be something suitable for everyone.
GoPro Lounge
How does the GoPro rental work?
The GoPro rental is free with a valid photo ID and a deposit. You can pick up the latest models in the GoPro Lounge next to the Outdoor Base. Share your photos with us—the best images will be published.
Heat Lounge
What’s the best way to warm up after the tours if it gets cold?
The Warming Lounge at the Outdoor Base is the perfect place to warm up after a chilly adventure, like rafting or canyoning. With infrared heaters, you can relax and recharge as the warmth permeates your body.
Wifi
Is there Wi-Fi on-site?
AREA 47 is located in a nature reserve, offering you exciting challenges along with a free digital detox. You can capture your experiences with a rental GoPro or simply store them in your memory. However, you’re not entirely offline—free Wi-Fi is available throughout the grounds to share your adventures.
