Mountainbike Girls only

Freeriding and mountain biking like there’s no tomorrow.

We take gender equality seriously. This is why our freeride and mountain bike camp for women is just as challenging as our all-inclusive camps for mixed riders. But that’s also why you’re here, right? To ride and to take your skills to the next level. The AREA 47 Bike Academy pro guides show you how to optimise your cornering techniques and infuse your riding with advanced style.

AREA 47 as a base is located in the middle of some of the best enduro trails of the world. Because it is still early season and most of the lifts aren't open yet we work on our fitness and technique going uphill. As a reward some flowtrails with an amazing view are awaitung you. This is why we explore 3 sendy trails at the Oetztal Valley, at the heart of the alps.

This camp is right up your alley if you have prior mountain bike experience and feel confident going on a trip in the mountains.

Mountainbike expierence is required. A good physical condition is necessary but the focus will be a technique training at the bike park. It's also for experienced bikers who never had a riding technique training before.

You are also welcome to bring your own gear. If you don’t have a bike or don’t want to bother with lugging it to the Ötztal, you can simply enjoy our brand-new Trek bikes and first-rated protective gear by O’Neal. All this and more is included in the price for the duration of your camp coaching.

  • 3 days program with mountainbiking including a bike guide and a bike Trek Remedy
  • 3 overnight stays in a double room (breakfast included)
  • 3 enduro tours at the heart of the alps (taking chairlifts if possible)
  • Professional coaching (riding technique basics, wallrides etc.)
  • Bike Repair course
  • Bike & Cockpit settings
  • admission to Water AREA during your entire stay
  • Yoga Session

Your guide Britta

Mountainbike Camp in the alps

Britta grew up in the lowlands and started riding her BMX there. When she came to Tyrol she discovered cross country and downhill for herself. Although she now is a guide she still swears once in a while when there's long and steep uphill parts. Her best moment mountainbiking is when she finally reaches the peak and she appreciates the moment, her lonelyness, the nature. And of course is excited for the upcoming downhill trail.
Britta is stoked to meet and teach you and watch you growing over the course of the camp.
