Mountain biking for women

Freeriding and mountain biking like there’s no tomorrow.

We take gender equality seriously. This is why our freeride and mountain bike camp for women is just as challenging as our all-inclusive camps for mixed riders. But that’s also why you’re here, right? To ride and to take your skills to the next level. The AREA 47 Bike Academy pro guides show you how to optimise your cornering techniques and infuse your riding with advanced style. Together, we’ll go on two trips to explore the Ötztal. In the Bike Republic Sölden, you can put your newly acquired skills to the test and enjoy the flow.

Our Women’s Freeride and Mountain Bike Camp in Tyrol, Austria includes three days of coaching as well as a brand-new, serviced Trek bike, qualified guides, and professional coaching. Our courses teach you essential techniques ranging from safety checks, the correct use of your equipment, and riding position to cornering, braking, climbing, and descending, as well as building the foundation for rapid progression. Two tours, a day-trip to the Bike Republic Sölden including  lift pass, workshops for bike self-help, free entry to our Water AREA, a yoga session, and the stay in a double room with breakfast at our Lakeside Restaurant are all part of the package.

This camp is right up your alley if you have prior mountain bike experience and feel confident going on a trip in the mountains.

Trek Gravity Girl Kathi Kuypers is coaching you at the camp. Here's her latest video.

You are also welcome to bring your own gear. If you don’t have a bike or don’t want to bother with lugging it to the Ötztal, you can simply enjoy our brand-new Trek bikes and first-rated protective gear by O’Neal. All this and more is included in the price for the duration of your camp coaching.

Our bike guides make sure your bike is serviced and maintained, ensuring that you can get in the saddle as soon as you arrive here. Give us your height and weight at booking, so we can set up your bike to best suit your body.
