• Please only park in the designated parking areas and observe any no-parking zones. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed away by the authorities at your own cost.

• All tours generally take place even when it‘s raining! The Water AREA and Wake AREA are also open when it‘s raining!
• However, we reserve the right to cancel tours for safety or organizational reasons.

• All our accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms is prohibited without exception.
• Cigarettes are available for sale in the Lakeside Restaurant at the cash desk.

• The nearest train station is in Ötztal-Bahnhof – signposted footpath along the cycle path (Ötztal Trail - Start Outdoor Base), about 35 minutes.
