  • AREA 47 is located in the middle of a nature reserve, so Wi-Fi here works only to a limited degree.

  • Parking in AREA 47 is free.
  • Please only park in the designated parking areas and observe any no-parking zones. Illegally parked vehicles will be towed away by the authorities at your own cost.

  • The nearest train station is in Ötztal-Bahnhof – signposted footpath along the cycle path (Ötztal Trail - Start Outdoor Base), about 35 minutes.

  • No more clichés about bad weather. Here you‘ll get thoroughly wet and will have fun doing so.
  • All tours generally take place even when it‘s raining! The Water AREA and Wake AREA are also open when it‘s raining – borrow a wetsuit for free and brave the weather!

  • Your accommodation will be cleaned after 3 nights (no daily housekeeping).
  • Fresh towels are available at reception.
  • Please leave any used towels in the room.
