Twin Rooms
Planning a vacation with your absolute best friend forever, but need your own comfort zone at night? Then our twin rooms are just right for you and your bestie! You can share unforgettable experiences with your action buddy during the day, but have the bedspread all to yourself at night. All twin bed rooms are equipped with two separate beds, a bathroom. Some of them have a balcony as well. Bookable every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in winter (period 31.10.2024 – 30.04.2025).

Lodges
17 small houses constructed in the local traditional mountain hut style generate a feeling of the pure outdoors and will make your eyes shine. Each lodge can host up to four people. The absolute highlight is the private terrace where you can relax at night and round off your perfect outdoor adventure. Bookable every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in winter (period 31.10.2024 – 30.04.2025).

Indoor Bikepark
With the indoor bikepark, we have built Austria’s first indoor bike centre and really laid it on thick. On 1,000 m² you will find a pump park with kids’ pump track, 140 metres of flowline with two lines, a jump line with various roll-ins, a landing bag, a skills AREA with root carpet, rock garden, drops and hairpin bends. Whatever the weather – you’ll always have perfect grip in our bike hall. In the chill-out AREA, you can socialise with bikers from all over the world. Showers, changing rooms and bike and equipment hire are also available.

Indoor Bikepark Kids Session
The little ones take the stage at the Indoor Bikepark Kids Session! Are your kids excited to take their first steps in the indoor bike park? The Kids Session offers the perfect opportunity for the little ones to gain their first experience in a safe environment under the guidance of a bike instructor. Now bookable for the first four Saturdays in November:

High Ropes Course
From above, it looks even higher: Standing at 27 meters and with 30 sections, our high ropes course in Tirol is the tallest in all of Austria. AREA 47 goes Sölden - Schwarzkogl Restaurant
Did you love our River Haus Bar & Grill creations in the summer? You don't have to miss out in the winter either! The River Haus crew awaits you at the Schwarzkogl Restaurant in Sölden, located at 2,595 meters above sea level. Enjoy specialties from the XXL smoker and classics like schnitzel, pasta, and Kaiserschmarren with a spectacular view. In the newly renovated restaurant in the AREA 47 style, there is now a self-service area and an à la carte restaurant. Open daily from December, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the kitchen serving from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
