We recommend booking your rafting tour in advance. Weekends and summer days in July and August are especially popular and fill up quickly. The sooner you book, the better.
Yes, experience is essential for participating in advanced tours. This means you should have completed a beginner tour or have prior experience in this sport. This is for your safety and must be confirmed on-site.
In the case of a last-minute cancellation, we must adhere to our terms and conditions, and therefore cancellation fees will apply. However, if there are still enough available spots, adding participants is definitely possible.
Each activity has different age restrictions. Here you can find an overview of the minimum age for each activity. The minimum age is based on legal regulations that we must adhere to, and unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.
No, for all rafting, canyoning, and caving tours, you only need swimwear and a towel. The shoes are included in the special equipment.
It’s better not to! You’ll need your hands free for the activities, and personal belongings often fall out of pockets and can get damaged. Just store them in our lockers at the Climbing Base or the Outdoor Base. Important medications can, of course, be taken along—just let your guide know.
